Refurbishment Project – Warwickshire
The Brief
Our client had acquired a vacant warehouse to manage parcel returns and required the office / communal areas to be refurbished.
The Solution
Polar Cooling and Polar FM carried out extensive refurbishment works to the ground, first and second floors. We completed the project in 2 phases to allow the client to occupy certain areas to limit any disruption.
